Whether that is speaking up about a concern, giving honest feedback, working through conflict, or simply saying what needs to be said, we give people the tools, the language, and the courage to do it.

We measure graduates against the behaviours we teach, not their feelings about the programme. The figures below are drawn from Braver than Before® cohort data spanning early 2024 to mid 2026, across more than 2,000 participants in healthcare and corporate cohorts.
