What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and any details you include when you contact us, enquire about a programme, subscribe to our newsletter, or take part in one of our courses. When you use the website we also collect limited technical information, such as your device type, browser and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and administer our programmes, send you the newsletter and updates you have asked for, understand how the website is used so we can improve it, and meet our legal and contractual obligations. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, for example email, hosting and analytics providers, and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we take steps to ensure it is protected to an equivalent standard.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, or as required by law, after which it is securely deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@thebravestpath.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
